Dave Mingione was born in West Chester, PA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Economics from Saint Mary’s College. He is a California Real Estate license, and holds his NMLS (National Mortgage License System) designation. Dave is also a real estate investor himself and manages his own portfolio.
Dave has been a top-producing loan officer for many of the larger mortgage banks in the Northern CA since 2003. He credits his success to one simple philosophy, treating all customers as he would want to be treated. One of the ways that Dave sets himself apart from most other loan agents is by providing timely communication to all parties in a loan transaction and finds this often leads to exceeding client and Realtor expectations. When Dave can tell all parties where things stand with the financing, in real-time, this reduces anxiety levels and virtually eliminates many of the phone calls and questions, such as, “I wonder where things stand with the financing?” A Realtor at Keller Williams Tri-Valley Realty recently said, “This is how a loan should be done and how every lender should communicate. I just love the way you do business.”
Dave enjoys spending time with family and friends, annual crabbing trips to Coos Bay Oregon with friends, and playing racquetball several days per week in the early morning hours. Dave resides in Livermore, CA with his wife Candace and two children, Dominic and Nicole.

We had been toying with the idea of buying for a few weeks, and even went against my own advice by looking BEFORE we got pre-approved! We, of course, found a home that we fell in love with during that time and with a monumental effort on Dave's part beat out 12 other offers-one of which was all-cash.
We gave Dave our documents on Day "2" of the purchase agreement and he and his team had us ready to be signed off 14 days later, with keys in our hands in 16 days. He walked us through every-step of the process and we found it extremely helpful having someone who is always in-office to walk in and talk to whenever we had questions. In short-Dave is an absolute rockstar and both Chad & I cannot thank him enough.
